File processing and liability

You are responsible for your files, backups, and compliance with applicable laws. Processing happens locally in your browser; outcomes depend on your device, browser, file types, and settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nulox and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the tools, including errors or quality loss in file processing, failed conversions, or incorrect outputs.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
